Returns & exchanges on all coffee is not possible due to its perishable nature, all our coffee orders are also roasted to order which also means the selection is subjective.

If you have any issues with your order or questions in regards to our product, please send us an email at within one week of receiving your order. For all orders please provide us your name, address, contact information & invoice number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
